The recent presidential election was a devastating blow to the Pro-Life movement. We have re-elected the most pro-abortion president in history. We will allow a few days to grieve and feel sorry for ourselves, but only a few. We clearly have a lot of work to do, and we need to get to it. One source of inspiration for us is the movie, “Amazing Grace”. It tells the story of William Wilberforce who spent a lifetime working for the abolishment of the slave trade in the British Empire. It is an inspirational film which shows that faith in God, accompanied by dogged persistence in a just cause, can lead to a great victory. It appears that the “Culture of Death” is every bit as formidable as the forces supporting Slavery. Chester County Pro-Life Coalition has been fighting against it for over thirty years. We intend to keep fighting until abortion joins slavery in the dustbin of history. We know that we will prevail only with God’s help and we pray for this help in everything we do.
We need your help to continue the battle. We are an all-volunteer organization and have no salaries to pay, but our expenses are over $15,000 per year. This appeal is our main source of income. We would appreciate any help you could give us.
