As a part of our mission to provide pro-life information to the public, we set up a booth at this year’s Abbeyfest where we exhibited a variety of pro-life displays. The most popular was the display showing realistic models of a developing child at various stages of gestation. The picture, above, shows a typical group of attendees getting the pro-life message.
Tuesday morning is the day when abortions are committed at Planned Parenthood in West Chester. Is abortion right, or is it wrong? It’s the big question that’s lost in a societal debate that’s mostly focused on legality. But, really, whether it’s right or wrong is the most important question about abortion.
Hillary Clinton has promised that any justices she appoints to the Supreme Court will be pro-abortion. Donald Trump has promised that any justices he appoints will be pro-life. The age and health of the present justices make it likely that there will likely be three or four openings to be filled in the next four years.
At a speech to the Women in the World Conference in April 2015, Hillary Clinton argued, “Far too many women are denied access to reproductive health care (aka. abortion) and safe childbirth, and laws don’t count for much if they’re not enforced,” In order to expand worldwide access to abortion, she suggested that “deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed.”
A Hillary Clinton victory would virtually guarantee that none of us will live to see the end of the scourge of abortion in our country.
In order to have a chance at overturning Roe v. Wade or passing any pro-life legislation we need a pro-life president and pro-life legislatures. All of the Republican candidates who would represent Chester County in Washington are pro-life; all of the Democrats are pro-abortion. Please think of the babies when you vote.
